How much does a fitness club Membership Cost?
We have a variety of membership plan available at Phoenix Fitness. Our membership plans vary based on the category (we offer a small incentive to Junior and Senior Members) and also the length of the membership.To view details of our pricing plans simply click on the applicable category below

Do I have to pay a Joining Fee to join Phoenix Fitness Club Hamilton?
We do not currently charge a joining or initiation fee at Phoenix Fitness.

Do I have to join for a YEAR?
No. All of our memberships plans are paid monthly and are on a no obligation, no commitment basis. We only require 30 Days notice to deactivate your membership.

What is included in my membership?
Unlimited use of the cardio, strength, free weights sections of the club.
Use of the locker rooms, shower facilities and use of daily locker.
Group Exercise Classes (Spinning and Pilates specialty classes additional)
Childcare

Do I get a discount if I Pay in Full?
No

How can I pay my membership fees?
We will arrange monthly Electronic Funds Transfer from your financial institution, also membership fees can be paid via automatic monthly withdrawals via Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We do not accept cash on a monthly basis for membership payments.

What other fees are there when I join?
New members may be subject to a one time fee to cover the initial fitness consultation, health check and introductory personal training session. This is a requirement to become a new member. From time to time this fee may be waived under a promotion.

How many clubs do you have?
We currently have two clubs under the Phoenix Fitness banner that you can use. Our other club is located on main street west in Hamilton. We are also a Member of the Profitness Alliance and with your membership to Phoenix you may use any of the other member clubs at no cost. What help will I get when I join Phoenix Fitness Hamilton?
When you join the club one of our Fitness Consultants will meet with you and take you through an in-depth fitness consultation and assessment process. At the end of your consultation your fitness consultant will make a number of recommendations for you to help you achieve your health and fitness related goals.
These recommendations will cover all areas and aspects of Fitness. Health, Wellness and Nutrition required to move towards your personalized goals.

We also include a session with one of certified personal trainers to set up an appropriate program for you.
Will I get any help throughout my membership?
Every 90 Days you are eligible to visit with one of our Fitness Consultants to check and measure your progress and get fresh ideas and tips on how to progress further.

Do you have Personal Training?
Yes. We currently have a team of certified trainers with a variety of backgrounds and specialties.

What does Personal Training cost?
Personal Training rates range from $45 to $65 per 1 hour session. We have a variety of packages and trainers available but we only prescribe packages after having met with you and conducting an in-depth consultation. We do this is to establish your personal needs and requirements and also to try to match you with the trainer who will best help you achieve your goals.

Do you have lockers that I can use?
Yes we provide lockers o a day use basis, please bring your own lock.

Can I rent a locker permanently?
Yes.
We offer 3 sizes of locker and a monthly rental fee can be added to your membership fees.
Small Locker $5 per month
Medium Locker $10 per month
Large Locker $15 per month

Do you supply towels?
No

Can I try the fitness club before I buy a membership?
If you wish to try the club before committing to a membership we have 7, 14 and 21 day passes available for sale. These are available through our online store or at the club.

How do I cancel my membership?
Simply notify the club in writing or in person 10 days prior to your next membership fee billing date and we will deactivate your membership.
If you wish to reactivate your membership you may call or visit us and authorize your billing to commence again, in this case if you are reactivating within 6 months of leaving you will not be required to pay any upfront fees.
